Please note this is an upgrade only and does not include a show ticket. You can book your Meet & Greet Upgrade by adding it to the basket when purchasing your tickets - or come back later to book separately using the links below.
UPDATE: In York, Bath & Dublin, a limited number of upgrades will be able to buy from the venue on the day from 11.30am.
*Please note that Meet & Greets may take place in early to mid afternoon - after the Matinee show and before the Evening show. VIP Nation will contact you with full timings within 5 days of the event. Guests under 16 years of age attending the Meet & Greet are required to be escorted by an adult show ticketholder for the same date (the escort does not need to pay for a Meet & Greet)

What cast members will be appearing at the Meet & Greet?
Please note that the exact list of cast members appearing each day at the Meet & Greet will vary depending on their schedules for the day, and will not be confirmed until the day of the show at the Meet & Greet.
Will I be able to get anything signed in the Meet & Greet?
There will not be an autograph opportunity during the Meet & Greet. A signed poster will be included in your package.
Will there be a photo opportunity to have my picture taken with The Next Step cast members?
Yes, a photographer will take your picture with the cast members. We will make your photograph available on www.smugmug.com and will send you an access link & password as part of your pre-event arrival instructions email. Your photograph will be available for 60 days after which they may be deleted from the site. Your photograph will be visible to the other attendees of the event that you attended - if you do not want your photograph uploaded to www.smugmug.com please let us know on the day of the show during registration.
Will I be able to take pictures during the Meet & Greet?
No, due to time restrictions it will not be possible to take pictures with your own camera.
Can I give gifts/letters to the cast members?
You are welcome to bring these items with you to the Meet & Greet, however it will depend entirely on artist security and venue restrictions whether you can give them to the artist.
Will video cameras or recording equipment be allowed?
Under no circumstances will video cameras or recording equipment be allowed into the concert or the Meet & Greet; you are welcome to take photos and videos of the concert on your phone however.
When and where will the Meet & Greet take place?
Please note that Meet & Greets may take place in early to mid afternoon - after the Matinee show and before the Evening show. We anticipate that they will take place around 4pm. Exact timings will be sent to you prior to the event and are subject to change. VIP Nation will contact you with full timings within 5 days of the event.
Where will the Meet & Greet take place?
Within the auditorium or another space at the show venue.
How long will the event last?
The exact amount of time that the cast members will be able to spend with each guest will be determined by their schedule for the day.
When will I receive my laminate & lanyard and poster?
Our Event host will present your laminate & lanyard and poster to you upon arrival at the M&G event.
Will I be receiving information through email?
Yes, full instructions and an itinerary for the day will be sent to you within five days of the event.
