When will I receive timings for my VIP package experience? 

An email will be sent to you from VIP Nation the week of your event date, this will give you a full itinerary and important information of what to expect on the night as well as Covid rules and regulations. Please check your junk/spam folder as it could go in there. This email will be sent to the email address associated with your booking.

Where are my tickets? 

If you have purchased a Meet & Greet Upgrade, please remember this is an upgrade and does not include a show ticket, a show ticket must be purchased separately. No physical ticket is sent for a Meet & Greet Upgrade, you just need to show your booking confirmation and a copy of your photo ID on arrival to the VIP Nation registration desk. 

Hot Tickets do include tickets, these have been sent out to you. If you have not received these by the day before your show then please get in touch with the ticket agent you purchased them through to arrange pick up at the venue.

I can no longer attend; can I transfer my package? 

Yes, please give the person who will accept your ticket a copy of your photo ID and the booking reference or tickets for Hot Ticket package

When and where can I collect my merchandise? 

Please refer to your email you will receive from VIP Nation on the run up to your event date as it will give you this information and much more.

What proof do I need to provide for COVID measures?

This can vary by venue, so please always refer to the venue website for up-to-date information.

For the Meet & Greet package, you are required to show proof of a negative test taken within the 24hours before the show.

This can either be a PCR or rapid lateral flow (antigen) test. Lateral flows can be picked up at Boots stores.
